Good Points:	Car was great once we got it.
Bad Points:	Service!
Review:	Travelled to New Jersey on Boxing Day two years ago and arrived at 8 pm. Car was all booked months ahead. When we got to National's office they simply told us that there were no cars for hire. We had booked a 7 seater mini van as there were 5 of us plus luggage. They told us that this often happens straight after Christmas because people just don't return their cars and pay extra when they bring them back. We got no help from the office and we asked for a taxi to take us to our hotel, which they did pay for, but we had to keep ringing them next day to see if a 7 seater had been returned and, when it had at about 2pm, we had to get another taxi back to the office to pick the car up. No apologies were offered and when we tried to claim compensation when we got home they virtually called us liars. We will never book with National again!
